Take the Institutional AFI Self-Assessment

When I was APU’s Executive Director of Faith Integration I realized that there were multiple factors that would make or break a successful program. From the inside, we often caught glimmers of both our potential and problems, but it was difficult to see clearly. When someone is deeply involved in the work of institutional leadership, it can be difficult to accurately interpret your own reality.

This diagnostic survey should take no more than 25 minutes. By providing frank responses to each question, academic leaders will be creating an institutional X-ray that will lead to a clearer picture regarding 1) areas to celebrate and 2) areas to renovate regarding Academic Faith Integration.

After you complete the diagnosis, we will do an analysis of your responses and return a checklist to you of comments and recommendations.
